Full Terms & Conditions (Online Purchase)

1. No Return Policy:
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted unless the item has a proven factory defect. This is in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law, especially for items made of precious metals like gold.

2. Making Charges and Refunds:
If a refund is exceptionally approved, making charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount. The gold value will be calculated based on the current gold rate at the time of refund, not the original purchase date. This protects both parties in line with daily gold price fluctuations.

3. Customized or Altered Items:
Items that are resized, engraved, or custom-made are not eligible for return under any condition.

4. Customer Responsibility:
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Lumière by Tinderellaz is not liable for damage or loss after delivery has been completed. Customers are advised to check weight, tag, and appearance during live selling or upon receiving the item.

An unboxing video is required to support any claims of defects or issues.

5. Tag & Packaging Requirement:
Returns (if approved) are only accepted if the original tag is still attached and the item is in unused condition with full packaging.

6. Courier Charges for Return:
If a return or inspection is approved, the customer is responsible for all courier/shipping charges, both for returning the item and for receiving the replacement or adjusted item.

7. Notification Requirement:
Customers must notify us within 24 hours—or as soon as the item is received—if there are any issues or concerns. Late reports may not be accepted.

8. Weight & Pricing Disclaimer:
Weights and prices are based on current market rates and may slightly vary due to final weighing at the time of invoicing or packaging. We apply the current gold rate at the time of order confirmation or invoice issuance. The final weight and amount will be reflected in your invoice.

9. Customer Acknowledgment:
By confirming your order or completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated above. These policies are aligned with UAE Consumer Protection regulations for gold and jewelry retail.
